He can say what he wants and he was fired because Trump wanted him fired. Simple. You’re arguing that he didn’t serve at the pleasure of the president. You’re a moron.

So Bonvino should stop saying America is in grave danger because of illegal immigrants today? And he should stop saying that we need to be more intense on deportations? And you should stop asking questions as to why Trump has softened his dance on a legal immigration?

these people don't care about immigration or America

they care about Trump

At least half the board is that way.

They simply dont care about policy, its pure tribal politics so anything Trump is automatically good regardless of policy and anything that Trump is opposed to or not doing is bad.

They've become what I was making fun of the left for doing years ago which is being empty vessels for whatever they're told to believe.

No one has said he couldnt be fired.

You're seem to be of the opinion that Trump shouldn't be criticized for removing people who wanted to actually do the things he ran on in 2024 or that when someone is fired they lose their right to point out facts related to why they were fired which is only true in dictatorships.

Trump can hire and fire whoever he wants to, but hes sure as hell going to be called out by the right when he doesnt do what HE was hired to do which is enact his 2024 campaign platform.

There's no official way to know but using common sense and available data it is pretty easy to make educated guesses it is bullshite.

The 2020 census counted 331m people in the US, up from 308m in 2010. That is a population growth of 7.4%, which is the lowest since 1790. The Census Bureau estimates that number includes 27.8m non-citizens, and DHS estimates that there are roughly 12m green card holders in the US, so that is an estimate of 15.8m confirmed "illegals" in the US.

Even if we assume the high estimate that 40m people entered the US under Biden between 2021-2024, that puts the best estimate at 56m people, half of what Bovino claims.

On top of that, the population growth numbers indicate that there was not some mass influx of population between 2010-2020 because population barely grew, unless citizens were dying at an extreme pace which there's no available data to show that being the case. Assuming, in arguendo, that the total population growth in those 10 years were from illegals, you are still at 76m people, 21m people short of Bovino's claim.

To try to stretch it to 100m defies all logic and data.

40M defies all logic

100M is the type of claim a Karmelo Anthony supporter would find intelligent

Depending on the definition of "illegal" you use, I think the data suggests its probably around 15-20m people. Cato and CIS, which covers both sides of the spectrum, both estimate it to be between 14-16m people. So I agree with you 40m is getting to the unbelievable level, and anything about 50m is pure doom fantasy.

Didn't Biden let in 10-20 just in his term? I don't think it's ridiculous to say it's double that from the past few decades.

Why was Bovino removed? Anyone know?

: U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) quietly arrested more than 1,000 illegal immigrants in the Washington, D.C., region in what federal sources said was one of the agency’s most successful operations to date.

Multiple ICE sources told Fox News that the agency arrested 1,328 illegal immigrants over 14 days in the Washington, D.C., suburbs. The arrests took place in Virginia and Maryland, both of which have sanctuary-type policies in place.

Because instead of making some big theater performance out of the job, the adults do it quietly and are magnitudes more successful at achieving the goal, and don't end up shooting a bunch of people in the process.

Bovino likes to take pot shots at Homan and Mullin for using the line about going after the worse of the worse, but I can assure you firsthand that they are still detaining people with no criminal history. You have to have priorities because DHS has finite resources, so obviously getting out the drug dealer should come before someone with no criminal history, but doesn't mean they are ignoring the person with no criminal history.

Bovino's leadership took a position Trump and the GOP had high favorability on and tanked it to one they were losing on with the swing voters. That has reversed under Homan's time in control because you don't have the foolishness like in Minnesota. Things like the shooting in Houston barely make the news now.

Bovino was a former MAGA favorite because he projected the performative public face. Talking tough, promoting muh fight, pretending like to do his job it had to be a war, etc. He completely failed in MN and Homan had to come in an fix it. At the time, this was "fake news" and MAGA believed/recycled the actual fake news reports about the situation...now we have Bovino turning heel against the admin because he's addicted to the lime light.

Again that assumes that the number is static, it isn't. People legalize themselves, people get deported, people die, etc. There were roughly 4.5m people granted residency or asylum under Biden's tenure and another 600k deported. So even if we go with the 20m number, that means it was a net growth of 15m.

In Trump 1.0 there were 5.4m people that received residency or were granted asylum, and 1.4m removals, so a -6.8m to the number of illegals.

That means that from FY 2016-2024 there were a total of ~12m illegals that either legalized or removed. There were ~10m border apprehensions in that time, which doesn't mean they all made it in, but even if they did that is still net -2m people.

The math just doesn't add up that there are anywhere close to 40m people in the US illegally.

the theater is important. These people need to be terrified of leaving their homes and people should know if they frick around with federal law enforcement activity, they might be killed.

Tucker is bankrolled by foreign interests at this point, and all he's doing is regurgitating the talking points that are attached to his paycheck.

We will likely see significant disclosure before too long about many in the "alt-media" who are just sock puppets spouting anti-American propaganda.
