Then Minneapolis hit and the politicians lost their nerve.
Reality check: We’re closer to 100 million illegals here, not the lowball numbers you hear.
Sanctuary cities protect the worst of them while good Americans pay the price.
Border Patrol can handle the riots. What we need now is the will to finish the job....

The Trump administration’s mass deportation crusade was shifting into high gear with the rollout of a nationwide ‘city-hopping’ blitz when controversial shootings in Minnesota derailed that train as it left the station, recently-retired U.S. Border Patrol Commander @GregoryKBovino revealed in a new interview with Border Hawk.
KEY POINTS:
1:37 - What is the Trump administration’s current direction on deportations?
2:00 - Illegal aliens and foreign criminals are “once again walking with impunity in the U.S.”
4:22 - Officers at ports of entry reported unprecedented self-deportation traffic during Operation At-Large
5:30 - DHS rarely promoting CBP Home app
6:40 - Border Czar Tom Homan’s claim of 20 million illegal aliens in U.S. ‘out of touch’
10:00 - Professional observations, empirical data support Bovino’s estimated 100 million illegals
14:55 - Rollout of ‘quick-strike operation’ in Chicago: USBP deployed from military aircraft in middle of night, took city by surprise
17:10 - Sanctuary officials are more evil than criminal illegal aliens
18:15 - Plan for nationwide lightning strikes suspended after Minneapolis agitators killed
19:20 - State and local law enforcement “raring” to join mass deportation campaign
24:30 - Border Patrol teams can crush Antifa riots within minutes when unleashed, as proven in Chicago, Minneapolis
27:30 - 150 USBP agents suppressed thousands of militants in Los Angeles without any casualties
33:00 - Sanctuary policies beget widespread lawlessness
36:18 - Law and order must trump mob rule or Americans will start taking matters into their own hands
38:15 - Bovino VS. Bovine: obese leftist demands he leave ‘her town’ during confrontation at North Carolina gym
42:20 - American and European immigration patriots must unite to “rid ourselves of this plague” of foreign invaders

Bovino seems like a good guy but also seems salty he didn’t get DHS secretary. I also don’t recall much happening in Chicago, especially military aircraft dropping hundreds of agents.

No idea if this is true but that is 30% of our population.
I know 20 million is very low.
Come to Charleston SC and I can help you get a bunch.

Hell, we have at least 20 million alone in SoCal!

Damn we’re attacking harder in Chicago than Iran

Republicans in the Senate caved into pressure. After the midterms, if Republicans hold the majority, operations will ramp back up.

it's not just the low country, the upstate is covered up as well.

Wow, the protesters in Minnesota really sent ICE running with their tails between their legs, huh?
Who ever would have thought that bunch of blue-haired libs with humanities graduate degrees would win a showdown against the Trump administration?

We backed off in sanctuary cities after Minneapolis.
It was clear after that escalation that a truce of some sorts was called and the narrative around deportation changed.

I’m hoping it was reduced simply because of upcoming midterms. If they dont go hard after I will be disappointed.

Dear God, please make this happen.

I’m convinced the only way we get to a positive resolution is by draconian consequences for employers violating the law accompanied by strict verification and Congress will never do it.

I agree with that as well. Even posted yesterday that they should be going after banks and employers much harder, in regards to trumps new EO for illegals and bank accounts. It’s the only way to fix this.

Absolutely. It needs to be a company-killing penalty assessed on the ownership. PER OCCURRENCE.
Like $10M per illegal.
And all assets possessed by the deported need to be seized, too.
At the risk of repeating myself - the United States should be wholly inhospitable and uninhabitable for illegal aliens living within the interior of the country. Anything that they get coming to them (short of physical violence/harm) they deserve.
They aren't supposed to be here. End of story.

I don't think that a change in tactics indicates some kind of truce or capitulation.
Every illegal deported is a vote taken out of the hands of the Democrats.

Yeah and every illegal we don’t deport or force out via other means is 3 more within a generation so our post Minneapolis numbers aren’t anywhere close to where we would need them to be in order to make a difference long term.
