Thank God we have Aldi and Publix nearby. Both have strict "Whites Only" policies. Non-whites have to go to Wal-Mart.

“Access” to grocery stores works like this-
You walk in, pick your selections, pay, and leave.
A large part of the community skips that third step, hence grocery stores going out of business or refusing to locate in an area.
