If Chauvin is not convicted, it would be a good idea for everyone (especially white people) to legally and responsibly carry heat. Also be sure to wear a GoPro or some other form of body cam because as we saw last summer you will need video from your POV if you have to defend yourself or your property.

My neighborhood will be fine. Burn your dumb cities down.

I doubt There was intent, and I see a manslaughter conviction forthcoming.
You have no reasonable grounds for assuming that DC knew about Floyd's heart condition. Reasonable doubt.
Here, you're guilty of Monday morning QBing.

Yet two girls in Washington, DC tase a man resulting in his death and they get a plea bargain. Must be nice to be black.

I’m sure the FBI is all over this terrorist threat.

I'm counting on it actually, just tell me when so I can watch.

I mean Floyd was respectively saying I cant Breath and then stopped breathing.
He knelt on the guy for a full minute while he was unconscious.
I dont Think he meant to kill him but it’s gonna be hard to show he didn’t contribute to his death. Which is why I think Manslaughter.

The frickin trashy criminals with destroy shite no matter what to verdict

He doesn’t have to show he didn’t contribute.
You have to show he did.
You have to show he did.

Why not make that kind of threat? It worked on John Roberts and the Supreme Court during the last election. He strong-armed the rest of the justices to not hear cases out of fear of violent repercussions.

Manslaughter has specific requirements. Requirements the facts of this case don't meet.
quote:
A person who causes the death of another by any of the following means is guilty of manslaughter in the second degree and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than ten years or to payment of a fine of not more than $20,000, or both:
(1) by the person's culpable negligence whereby the person creates an unreasonable risk, and consciously takes chances of causing death or great bodily harm to another; or
ONLY if you assume that DC KNEW about Floyd's medical conditions, KNEW that he had just taken a shiteload of fentanyl, and KNEW that his police training was wrong can you convict for second degree manslaughter.
This isn't a Monday Morning QB session. The burden of proof isn't "is it merely remotely possible DC caused Floyd's death?" That's not the standard.

They're not interested in justice, they're only interested in retribution when their agenda isn't honored.

Not sure how they can pin the death on him when he had lethal doses of drugs in his system and was having respiratory issues prior to being subdued.
Maybe you or someone else can help me with this. The toxicology report says 11 nanograms per milliliter. A lethal dose is generally considered to be 2 milligrams. A quick conversion website I used shows that 11 ng/ml = 0.011 milligrams per liter.
That appears to be far less than a lethal dose. So how was lethal dose established in the trial?

God bless Florida. DeSantis has made sure that kind of shite won't happen here.
I would love to see a SWAT team or a military unit sent out to start mowing these pieces of shite down.

Open fire then.
This is all the proof anyone needs this has nothing to do with justice. Or the law. This is nothing but a thinly veiled promise to start a violent racial war.
