I saw some comment on X that the only time this is turned off is when a VIP was transported. Did they drop off a VIP?

That "accident" is full of suspicious activity.

I'll say it again - I'm shocked that almost all of the chain of command in Army Aviation has not been relieved.

If they did on a training flight someone should be fired.

Plenty of weirdness with that female pilot.

I was looking for more info on the pilot that was Biden's aide and found this...

I forgot about the hell that Biden caused leaving Afghanistan. Milley should be in the brig awaiting Leavenworth. Then Biden killed an entire innocent family with a drone strike.

I read that they turn that off during continuance of government training so that potential threats don't know the routes, altitude and such that the helicopters use to fly government officials around during crisis situations. Take for instance the Prez and VP go down and a helicopter picks up the Speaker of the House, who is next in line as president, and takes him or her to a different location.

Not military so I'll defer to those who were, but a training mission being flown like this seems like a live fire exercise with civilians down range.

They were doing VIP drills so it stands to reason this is why it was turned off.

Standard procedure for military flights. It’s in most check lists to turn it off

The training exercise they were conducting was that of carrying a VIP. So under that circumstance it might not be unusual (since they turn off tracking when really transporting a VIP).

She should have never been at the controls. Almost certainly wouldn’t have been in the Army of 25 years ago.
