In the words of Bill Burr, “we’re all eating a giant shite sandwich out here. Nobody cares.”

That--"angry and aggressive"--is 100% the mainstream cultural identity of "black women" that is aspired to and celebrated almost unanimously by them, corporate America now, and in arts and entertainment. Being "angry and aggressive" is synonymous with being a "black woman." Spare us with trying to act like it's a baseless racial stereotype.

Black woman at work with a chip on her shoulder. frick that.

Black "professional" woman that embraces a work ethic, promotes a team culture, and who does not throw race into the equation when considering other's motivations?

*especially if she looks like Gina Torres.

That I am about to deal with sheer craziness.

Stupid ideas, and even greater stupidity when it comes to ideas on how to implement their craziness.

This was certainly true in the eighties. On any construction project with federal money black women qualified as a minority business enterprise and a disadvantaged business enterprise. Each one of those were worth seven and one half percent of every project in the eighties (don't have any idea what it is now).
So for at least the past forty plus years(it may have been longer) they were eligible for up to one hundred percent of all projects with federal money where white men could only have eighty five percent.
Think of the opportunity, dollar amount and time that represents. It looks to me like black women need to quit griping and get to work.

Oh please.

Anyone who’s worked with a bunch of black women knows that there’s literally no way you can overlook them. They’re fricking obnoxious.

That's the problem they act and believe nothing has changed. Even as they become over represented in every space.

They just love to complain. Whiny black women are giving liberal white women a run for most pathetic group of idiots.

I never worked for the fed. gov. however I know many who have. I hear at the various gov. agencies (NASA, FBI, DOD) etc if a white guy is up for promotion they better have a black guy up for promotion, at the same level to avoid a discrimination claim.
