People should just look at it this way.
She has been on the court the least amount of time but says more during arguments than any of the other justices...by a lot.
She isn't asking questions to gain information so she can make a better decision. She is making statements to try to justify a decision she has already made. 99.99999% of the time everyone knows how she is going to vote before it even goes before the court.
How she says things, what she says and the context is really just irrelevant.
