Historical racism is no excuse for poor behavior. That behavior just creates new racism. Black leaders and families need to force civilization on their bad actors. I have long been concerned that if this behavior continues that other Americans may decide to solve this problem another way.
This is Obama’s greatest failure. He had the position and popularity in the black community to get this behavior issue out in the open and tell people that it has to stop.

This is something I think about... only a fraction of the whole will act out on you- but it seems like a majority in any given situation is ready to deflect, defend victim blame.
I don't know what's worse... the 2 or 3 that'll happily frick you up for no reason at all or the 20 or 30 that stand by and laugh.
