Stone age tribalism.
One of the biggest problems with such a mindset isn't just the inherent hatred that it breeds and the inevitable bloodshed that results, but the constant projection. Stone age tribalists cannot fathom that some human beings have evolved to see themselves as unique individuals and possess an individual identity as a result. They simply cannot comprehend this. They view everything through the lens of "their tribe" vs "your tribe". And, of course, their tribe is always the good one while yours remains bad, regardless of any empirical evidence to the contrary. There's no reasoning with a stone age tribalist, as their default knee jerk reaction is always going to be to pick up the nearest spear to defend the tribe.
