Had the white girl been killed. The black girl wouldn't have received any real punishment.
Even though the black girl started the fight and she was directly responsible for the death.... as long as her defense said she didn't intend to kill the white girl, she'd probably only get a few months in juvie.

Where were the adults? We all know that if charges were pressed on the black girl she would have been released and back in school the next day. At this point in time we need to take a page out of Charles Bronson’s book Death Wish.

Can't be feeding that school to prison pipeline by overreacting to disadvantaged youths and thereby creating a disparate impact.
Obama solved this one with restorative justice healing circles wherein the victim and victor share a pow-wow discussing their feelings and oppression.
