I will. She’s arguing on raw numbers, overlooking (intentionally or not) that per capita numbers aren’t even close. It’s another “technically, I’m right” argument that doesn’t hold up under any scrutiny.

Non Black people pay about $12k a year in federal taxes on average. LINK
Black people about $5.5k LINK

This directly links to Medicare and SS, higher federal taxes = higher SS/Medicare taxes.

So if you want to group people and say who benefits...
quote:

50.1% of those receiving SNAP, TANF, and rental subsidies were Black and 27.7% were Hispanic in 2014

37.7% of Black individuals are on medicaid, or 17 Million out of 44 Million LINK

So 38% are not paying into the system.

SS Payout LINK
quote:

Median White $1,926
Median Black $1,618

Considering how the less one pays into SS, the more one gets, lower number are a net drain.

I really don't think you want to make the argument about who benefits more.

If Black people took their money and left, ALL US social net programs would massively benefit.

Black America could not fund their own benefits.

Are you arguing that slaves took out life insurance on their own lives? With what money? Do you think the payouts from these policies went to the families of slaves?

You really are that fricking ignorant.

Let me ask you this, if it is so bad here, why don’t you leave?

We all know why, you’re a sniveling pussy with an inferiority complex.

Please prove your ignorance by responding…

Nah, just a pussy with an inferiority complex. Knows he and the other oxygen thieves crying for money are worthless.

Around 13.7 percent of the population and at least 13% crying for something they don’t deserve. Typical…

Once a person believes that they’re entitled to reparations from their government, they’re irretrievable.

They will be a continual thorn in the side. They will undermine their own efforts because they feel entitled. They will disobey laws because they believe they are entitled.
They will become a leach on society asking for free stuff because they feel entitled.

They will serve to undermine civility at every turn and lead a generally unproductive life.

Politicians who feed this mentality are weak and lazy. It’s low hanging fruit. Luckily, these types of people are low frequency voters

Most of the arguments I've seen for reparations don't call for payments to individuals. They call for investment into black communities, which looks like infrastructure, after school programs, etc. ETA: They also call for them to paid for the people/institutions who accumulated big wealth from slavery, like JP Morgan Chase, Citibank, NY Life Insurance and Aetna.

What is funny is that the “black slaves” we’re sold buy…..you guessed it “blacks”. They prospered the most.

OK, you live in one city out of .... a lot in America. Do you believe every city looks identical to yours

I know every one of these cities around here, where they make up most of the population is a trash dump. And they seem to make everywhere they go the same. Kinda like they have no sense to live in a normal civilization.

That’s just one thing I can name… there’s many more.

Yup 1789 to 1863 is 74 years.
6 years before that Massachusetts totally banned slavery.
5 years after we banned Americans from the slave trade
11 years later we made the slave trade illegal to invest in.
19 years later made it a felony
31 years later made it punishable by death
33 years later founded Liberia as a home for freed slaves

1834 brits free most slaves.
26 years later Lincoln elected
3 years after that slaves freed.
600k white people dead in the war to free the slaves.
What a cost to us as a nation.

1936 Brits finally ban slavery in southern Africa and Nigeria

Do you speak like this to people who hold different opinions from you irl or is this only something you feel comfortable doing anonymously hiding behind a keyboard? It’s extremely trashy either way.

Blah blah homeless man because someone said this once and I keep repeating rumors from literally 15 years ago blah blah
