BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBMA) — The city of Birmingham has dropped all charges related to inciting a riot against local comedian Jermaine "Funnyman" Johnson.
I don't guess they can have that man locked up when you're going to paint a big Black Lives Matter sign on the street of an entire City block.
I hope they burn this fricker down on Friday.

And yet folks who have justifiably killed rioters are in jail.

This kind of thing is going to blow up eventually.
People being arrested for cutting hair, rioters let go without charges.
People tearing down statues while the police watch and do nothing, people defending statues charged when shooting someone in self defense.
Allowing massive rallies to happen while closing parks and taking away business licenses for businesses that don't abide by the rules previously ignored or arresting people for backyard gatherings.
These state and local officials are going to see some severe issues shortly.

I never realized he lives in one of the whitest zip codes in the state. Seems odd to voluntarily subject yourself to that kind of oppression.

I tried looking up tax records through Shelby County but they only have two listings for Shoal Run Trail 204 & 702.
Homie isn't from da hood that is for sure.
ETA: There is also a 1306 listed in 2015 but it seems most of them are DBA's. On google maps it looks like some townhomes.

Am I the only one that read the date of Dismissal is weeks in the future? July 13, 2020?

It's an apartment complex in the middle of one of the wealthiest zip codes in Alabama in one of the most conservative counties in Alabama.

I saw that too and figured it was just a pre get out of jail free letter. Can't have him oppressed with Juneteenth coming up on Friday.

I'm ready for eventually to get here. Watching this hypocrisy is exhausting.

I’d use that word “comedian” loosely with this dude. He just ain’t funny

He lives in Inverness? Why are the ones inciting riots always from outside the places where the rioting happens? I guess they don't like destroying their own neighborhoods.

No spine by the mayor.
I think ole Funny Maine took a hit with his audience based off his Facebook getting torched the day after he did that though.
So there is that.

Common practice for his type. He'll be running as a socialist for office in the near future.
