Wow and every billionaire moved from California 1 day before the law can take place.
Florida and Texas will just get bigger and the pool of money in Cali will dry up.
When you hate successful people, but need them to leach off of they tend not to stick around very long.

Billionaire tax measure qualifies for California ballot

California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) also opposes the initiative, arguing that it should be used across the country instead of solely in the West Coast state.
For as stupid as that psychopath is, he knows that every billionaire will bail out of that state so fast if they enact this.
Although, it will put him an an absolutely hilarious position to have to veto it.

This needs to pass in California so all can see the consequences. Vote yes in California for the lesson to be learned before they attempt it nationwide.

First, they came for the billionaires. . .
The first income tax was small and was only on those considered rich at the time. Guess we know how that went.

Bc a lot of the billionaires they claim to hate aren't billionaires in their bank accounts, they are on paper.
Most would consider house value net worth on paper and yet we are taxed on that every year.

California is about to lose a ton of their revenue.
This is awesome.

Newsome coming out with a very impressive national campaign point here. Lefties love trying to screw all over and let no one escape.
The billionaires just need to tell their employees that if this passes they will move the company, and theirs no guarantees they will be brought along. Vote Yes at your own peril.
I'm sure they will try to make this retroactive, which is the part I can't see as being Constitutional.
