What are you talking about? I started a thread about this law. And you're berating me about... what?

Stupid and naive is no way to be....

1. You're angry that they passed this law instead of solving the "fiscal crisis"

2. They wont solve the "fiscal crisis" because there is no solution where they get to keep their elected positions in enough numbers to be tenable.

3. So they do shite like this to run out the clock until "next session"

good fricking god.

Golly Gee!...is that in the Constitution?

No, you sniveling twat, but it was UNANIMOUSLY voted on by our US Senate in the 1790's.

Who are we to believe? The entire US Senate barely 1 generation within the founding of our nation or Dale51 the retard on tigerdroppings as far as the founding of this country goes?

Non sequitur? Get that bullshite out of here.

The sad thing here is this will be painted as a Republican state doing Republican things, but Democrats pushed this through in Louisiana.

Where is this prohibited in the Constitution?

States can do what they want....you don't like states rights??

WTF??

How much did this cost? What is your basis for concluding it is not "proper"?

You're confused.

Again...a non sequitur. You know what else was voted on...and actually part of the Constitution?? States rights.

Again....you're confused.

1st Amendment Establishment Clause

The Establishment Clause was incorporated against the state governments via the 14th Amendment in Everson v. Board of Education.

If it costs one penny it will cost too much.

You mean the one that states:
Congress shall make no law prohibiting the free exercise of religion?

That one?

E Pluribus Unum is a far superior motto, and sounds way better. Not sure why some people are obsessed with the “In God We Trust” thing.

Then your claim makes no sense in the context of it being prohibited for a state to make such a law.

Why does it bother you so much...I mean beyond the "Onward Social Justice Warrior...marching as to war"..bit?

You think limiting government power is a social justice issue?
