Then am I wrong in saying this is all pointless? Trump could just say he declassified it. End of story.

The guy got absolutely destroyed in an election by a guy who was a multiple time President candidate failure and who barely campaigned or left his basement.

I just don’t perceive the extreme theme of “Trump infallibility” even here amongst us like that. IMO what gets misidentified as such is simple counterpoints to the vast array of epithets directed at him. It unintentionally (I’ll give it that credit) becomes a snowball effect of any defense of Trump is seen as “he can do no wrong”. That’s just not the case. I can’t imagine anyone here or elsewhere not agreeing that he is completely susceptible to error or mistake and admission that there have been numerous such instances. But sure, some of us may assert that the net result is Trump with less egregious errors and mistakes than any of his counterparts.

sighs.
The 45 office at MAL served as the presidential retreat office of the administration under 24hr surveillance and secret service protection. Trump opted to use MAL in lieu of Camp David and the building was upgraded for these purposes. The FBI knew and accepted this location as the storage point point for NARA documents, and had visited the site over the summer. The raid had to do with a tip about undisclosed classified documents hidden in a safe somewhere else on the property - the safe was empty.
AT least try to have a basic understanding of what happened.

You are shocked in an election with mail in voting that both candidates could get record numbers? If Biden’s 81 million are fraudulent explain Trumps almost 74 million. They were all legit?
The circumstances of the 2020 election along with the anti Trump sentiment made 81 million possible. Trump’s claims of fraud have been shot down at every level of Jurisprudence.

He could, but these can be a fair assessment of whether a President sis actually intend for a particular material to declassified, and much to many folks’ dismay it would likely involve evidence of our old friend “intent,” as well as the context surrounding the matter.

Here’s the mental gymnastics at work. Obama didn’t bring classified information or documentation to his personal residence.

Bill Barr (Jabba the Hut) is a sack of cow dung. He was totally worthless as AG. He let the DOJ and FBI get away with abusing the President and many people with him. Now he wants to run his mouth about issues he knows nothing about. The only time he should open his mouth is to cram more food down his throat.

None of this matters. It’s just more mental gymnastics and attempted rationalization. Do you think George W Bush took a bunch of classified information to his ‘Texas White House’ when he left office? I doubt it. And GWB is no Mensa scholar. He’s an idiot.

So, in that case, there's no official record of which documents are classified as top secret and which are not.
Does that seem remotely possible?

If his personal residence included a storage facility that was deemed appropriate by the FBI and NARA, as the 45 office was, he certainly could have. But keep stomping those feet.

Trump routinely took classified docs to Fla. There was a special place for them. Prior Presidents had done the same. Trump has a standing order for declassifying some docs and then another order was issued the day before he left office. Barr is full of crap.

Sure he did. It’s documented. No amount of mental gymnastics will change that.
