Hedging your bets in case the side you don't support wins. It's pretty common on Wall Street too. We don't support law X you want to pass and remember that 10 million we donated to your campaign.

People and businesses like Graves / Raising Canes don’t donate to candidates because they do or don’t support their policies. They donate to gain access and favorable policies for their business endeavors. No reason to get pissed at him for playing the game. But we should all be angry that our political system promotes the buying of candidates.

If Trump ever had all his contributions revealed would supports leave him for seeing all the money he gave to Democrats over the years?

I’m assuming both are “owners” and collectively donated

Chouest owns Bollinger Shipyards now

And if you have to ask then you obviously aren’t aware of the amount of Coast Guard vessels Bollinger builds.

Wasn't he a known Democrat? I am sure some fringe folks would care, but doubt it would be as many as on the left that would boycott every company that donated to Trump if they knew.

Happens all the time, covered no matter which wins. I’ve given money to both DA candidates here because it’s really close and there’s not much difference between the two

They are. It’s kinda screwed up on the webpage you have to click the link to open in another page to see correctly, for me anyway.

there’s a sizable difference between the Democratic party Trump once supported and the Democratic Party now.

Its a "what have you done for me"game. Like someone said, you have to hedge your bets.
