You left out a little park of the article. It says without injury (to those making jokes about putting the dog down).

The point is: No matter what, it seems the Biden's are saying they are the saints that rescued dogs and the dog is a family member.
Meaning the dog will remain no matter what and be protected with language it is adjusting and a rescue; that is allowed to act out because it fills a huge media fapping feel good narrative story.

Honestly, after the very first incident I would have muzzle-trained the dog, and he would wear it whenever he had the potential to be around strangers. This was irresponsible behavior on the part of the Bidens and their staff.
