They could almost certainly find a way to do it legally, but it's just not expedient, so they take this route. It's quick and they can just say it's the company's rules, not theirs.

That's what meant by throughout the travel process. Should have said trip. I get it, who knows what can be done, but we are in uncharted waters here. Missouri house and senate already out in front, passing a bill to be law where travel dealios cannot enforce a vaccine passport, Governor said he will sign as soon as it hits his desk.
