To be fair trump never had executive privilege, they charged him over a phone call.

He actually said at a rally recently that he would never have done it because it was irrelevant, she got beat, he had a job to do. He did also say it’s fair game now.

Which is it? Did he declassify them and then Biden reclassify them or did he never declassify them? I can’t keep up with which story works best for your side based on the current narrative.
Either way, it’s going to take an article fr something other than The NY Times to convince me.
