Furthermore, Biden said he wasn’t aware of the raid. So he didn’t need the documents.

Well, he has dementia, so he probably forgot he knew about it.

He can't declassify for perpetuity for after he is out of office. That'd be ridiculous. Biden can reclassify them which it sounds like he did and asked for them back. Trump is not the president, he can't over-ride Biden. The whole thing is fricky.

You must be living under a rock, and lack basic reading comprehension skills. While still in office he worked with Kash Patel to declassify, and issued a formal letter prior to Biden being sworn in. At least make some effort to look things up before posting.

There are plenty thing I don't need and plenty things I don't agree with people on.
I'll also add that Alan Dershowitz does not need to agree with you either.

You should probably verify with MediaMatters since it's your go-to source for truth.

I think I'm figuring out whose alter you are pretty quickly.

That frothing, nonsensical hatred for Trump.

That arrogant dismissiveness....

Being that the documents are declassified...it doesn't matter.

They don't want these documents made public.

It's starting to make perfect sense they are trying to make evidence inadmissible.

Yes, apparently so. I don't think Biden should be able to keep government documents forever (the remaining 6 days) after his presidency if the documents have been classified and have been asked back.

Can you even fathom how monumentally moronic this is?

The government routinely and massively over classifies documents. Until you/the FBI tell me what’s in those ‘300 classified documents’, or what makes Trump’s possession of them dangerous, I simply do not care.

Just saying that it’s bad and dangerous isn’t going to cut it.

You're trying to reason with a person who was just busted using MediaMatters as a source to slander someone as a White Supremacist.

Before that, he swore on the second-hand word of a dead guy.

You are entering into a vacuum where truth and logic mean nothing, only the endless loop of arguing for the sake of arguing.

Can you do us a favor, point us to the formal procedure for a sitting President to declass documents and information. Be specific, and if you would, please use examples of past Presidents enacting this procedure for documents they took with them as they left the White House.

Surely in the history of the republic at least one other President took with him materials some would deem sensitive to national security, so I'm confident you will be able to point out this procedure or find an example of it's use.

Or maybe they didn't use this procedure and should have, and the current President at the time sent federal agents to his private residence to retrieve everything they deemed sensitive, maybe there is an example of that somewhere?

Let us know what you find.

It's a message board, ie, Social Media.

Only kids, Karens and morons take Social Media seriously.

There is no reason whatsoever for a grown, thinking human being to take this shite seriously, it's for fun unless you happen to be delusional.

No, you used MediaMatters as a source to slander someone.

Perhaps it is YOU who needs to be an adult and reference more reliable sources.

Impossible to ignore someone who spends 10 hours a day on a message board..

BTW, I've been leaving you alone you engaged me first.

So, you consider “White Nationalist” to be a slanderous term? I would have sworn that you previously argued that it is a perfectly-innocent usage. Unlike you, I do not maintain spreadsheets on other posters. Of course, you asserted here (and other places) that I accused her of White SUPREMACY, which allegation against me is an outright lie. It is what you do. Lie.

As to your obsession with MediaMatters, I was curious as to why Jaimee Michell was banned from various social media. The MediaMatters article was the only place I was able to find any information. If you have an alternate source providing her background, I would be glad to take a look at it.

She got banned one place, allegedly for White Nationalist rhetoric. Then she got banned from another, apparently for anti-transgender rhetoric. If you believe this information to be inaccurate, feel free to provide your data and sources.
