Looking more and more like my oldest daughter is going to be marrying a farmer. Sounds like he may end up making a better living than I originally thought.

Russia took Ukraine’s potential membership in NATO as a major affront, which started this clusterfrick.

If we have legit food shortages, a ham sandwich could beat him in 2024.

I do not know how it is in the flatland though.

Honest to God, there are no shortages at the Vons and Costco that we regularly shop at. In addition to those we occasionally visit Wal Mart & Target (it's my wife not me ) too. During the early days of the shutdowns there were shortages but that's long passed. Milk, eggs, bread, butter, cream cheese and meats of all kinds are available. I have a couple Save Marts within a mile of me. I should go check them out. As a chain I think they're pretty horrible. The produce section drives me nuts with the poor quality.

I have a niece that married a big time dairy farmer. She was 25 and they built a 5000 sf house on several hundred acres.

Weird. Even the rural Dollar general in my small town of 900 has these items

I got a whole processed cow coming next month. I get fresh eggs from a local guy who has chickens

I’m going to catch redfish and speckled trout this weekend on the coast to stock up the freezer with fish

Although I agree with your anger it’s the republicans too. The old days of the left right BS is no longer applicable. They are in on it too. If people can not see they are all working together at this point especially after the stolen election and fake Plandemic I don’t know what to tell them.

Good moves. If you’re able to grow your own produce (I would highly recommend this if you’re good at it) you’ll be in good shape. I fully anticipate produce costs being waaaay higher than last year for a variety of reasons. Good luck with the fishing!

This time Biden and Glenn Beck are both FOS.

Ukraine exports no wheat to the US.

Russia doesn't as well.

The only possible harm to the US in the lack of fertilizer. A majority of which comes from Russia. BS. Just fertilize with what the New Yorkers ship to Alabama.

Ask the Japanese, humnan shite is fabulous.

au I don’t know about that. Our bills are all paid, we’ve never defaulted on a loan, safe vehicles and a vacation trip once a year.

We have all that we need but we’re definitely not “rich”. Super middle class which is fine with me.
