It contradicts the Speaker of the House Johnson who should step up and repeat that Biden was unaware of an order he signed regarding LNG affecting Louisiana.
IIRC the first 5 are appearing to Comers query. They were just given an out of lying under oath with this weakass statement to Newsmax.

He was always going to claim that and why the auto-pen will be a dead end. They are going to have to prove it was done without his knowledge and he will not let that happen, as that will tarnish his image even more.

Sit down for an interview with unscripted questions and give extemporaneous answers. The method with which they used the autopen should be discussed.
All he can say to diffuse this question is to say he authorized it all. Then he can say prove otherwise. All parties in on it have discussed the talking points by now.
