Was the capitol cop that murdered Ashli Babbitt pardoned as well?

Trump should start with her, she didn’t get a pardon.
And contest anything he signed the past year as incompetent

Not a shock. It works both ways

Regarding Biden pardons :
1) they do not apply at state level . Will some state AG step forth to go after these criminal dirt bags ?
2) all those pardoned can still be sunpoena’ed to testify and now they cannot plead the 5th and MUST answer all questions

Duck dinner from the chopper, perhaps!

Trump should start with Birx, she didn’t get a pardon.
That would be difficult seeing that there are hundreds of instances where this woman stood in front of the podium and bold-faced lied to the American people, and the President stood behind her contesting nothing that she said.

so if there wasn't any crime, then why does a pardon need to be issued?

You cannot grant a pardon without specifying a crime. A pardon is only valid for someone who has been convicted.

Someone needs to take this to the S.C. At the very least it would set some kind of precedent about the scope of presidential pardons. Every pardon should need to specify a crime that the pardon applies to. They should not apply to hypothetical situations (i.e. I am pardoning so and so just in case someone charges them with a crime sometime in the future)

Trump had from March of 2020 to December of 2020 to go after people especially Milley and Fauci. He did nothing. Trump let Fauci take center stage for months on end. Why? This is on Trump for being a god damn moron and:
Appointing Milley
Letting Fauci essentially run the federal government for months on end. All Trump had to do was tell Fauci it’s over and he no longer will be mouthpiece for Covid. He didn’t even have to fire Fauci just tell him he will be in background and say nothing. Trump didn’t even do that
You are blaming the wrong people here. This is 100% on Trump and his horrible choices for appointments and his ineptitude.

I have no confidence in that body as well. Roberts and Barrett are such disappointments and no reason to even mention Jackson.

Lisa Monoco has had these pardons ready. They use autopen to sign for the cognitively declined Biden.
If you challenge the pardons on the grounds of a criminal conspiracy there would be grounds to question Buden himself under oath. When he has no fricking idea who he did and didn't pardon, much less why, that opens up a brand new challenge.
And there's always the option of going after the staffers. Symbolically, convictions there would make the point of criminal activity.
ETA: Apparently j6 staffers were included.

I wish this were the case but similar pardons have been allowed to stand. (Nixon, for one.) I don't think they've ever actually been challenged though.

You keep posting this like it means anything? The ‘cucks’ on here are the ones that refuse to believe Trump made horrible appointments and decisions. Especially throughout all of 2020. It was blunder after blunder who you people blame everyone for but Trump. Most of this shite was self inflicted by Trump himself. Milley especially. Fat frick should have NEVER been appointed in the first place.
