Trump should immediately pardon everyone that is coming into his Administration. Why not? The Dems have shown that Lawfare here forward will taint any policy. Force the whole issue of pre-emptive pardons into the limelight.

What were they pardoned for? If they didn’t do anything wrong and there were no charges filed, why weee the pardons needed?

These preemptive pardons should be illegal.

Sure but pre-emptive pardons are not a "thing." I believe there has to be a crime committed and also a conviction.

You charge Biden with racketeering. His family members who received pardons cannot plead the 5th amendment. When they lie under oath, you hit them with perjury charges.
