Biden once again threatens conservative Americans with F-15s

In his speech that was supposed to honor MLK, Biden began to ramble on and on about how Americans don't need assault weapons and how they will be useless against the Federal government because it has F-15s.
1) We just lost a war in the mountains of Afghanistan to a bunch of goat herders with AK-47s and RPGs.
2) If January 6 was such a threat to "our democracy" as Biden and his lemmings have made it out to be, it proves that you don't need an F-15 to take down the government.

What this tells me is he’s not getting the real DOD briefs, since he says F-15 and not F-35. They don’t want him to get up to date info so he can leak it to Chyna. He likely doesn’t even know of any fighters past the F-15.

Is there any precedent for an internal civil war being decided or hinging in any way on air superiority?
No, I’m not advocating, “wish-casting”, or otherwise speculating that this might be a thing (a modern civil war), but HE keeps bringing it up, as if it’s something HE has pondered. So I feel we should be entitled to have him expound on what he’s thinking a bit further.
