They will do this and then when a violent offender is released and then robs and kills someone the very next day, they will blame it on the police (which they defunded and depleted) for not doing their job.

No, they're intentionally creating a society where the groups they favor can do what they want and anyone who stands against them or said groups is arrested.
You ever see those videos in Portland and Seattle where some random person accidentally ends up in the middle of some antifa protest? The cops are just sitting around letting these people rule the streets then when that random person resists the protesters, the cops arrest and charge that person rather than the thugs. It's called anarchotyranny and the cops are all in on it.

Every study has shown women get smaller sentences than males, so I'd assume that would translate to bail too.

It is sort of pointless. Especially now that the focus is on arresting political enemies. Political enemies are held indefinitely anyway.

Over reliance on 'laws' and 'law enforcement' is a huge problem
