Biden: I wouldn't support a shutdown like Trump did

Biden now is blaming Trump for shutting down the country. Even though Biden said in August that he would shut it down if the scientist said too.
I guess he has to flip now that the WHO is telling leaders not to shutdown.
This is a genius plan by WHO, DNC, CDC, etc to get Trump out. Force him to shut the country down by saying this is what we must do, so the economy gets destroyed and the president gets blamed for that. Now the WHO is reversing course and giving ammo to the Dems to attack DJT for shutting it down.
You can't make this stuff up.

But NO leader of any nations knew what the best action was. The science was everywhere from lockdown, to herd immunity.
When the scientists don't agree, the only thing you can do is guess which ones are right.
