Who could have predicted after Reagan's amnesty for 2-3 million illegals in the 80's the US government would allow another 40 million in the country completely disregarding US immigration policy and laws. I'm not sure why dozens of DC Uniparty politicians and Bureaucratic State Skunks have not been tried for crimes of treason and incarcerated.

If I was an ambitious Attorney General I would convene a grand jury and issue an arrest warrant for the President of the United States and everyone else involved in that specific decision
I would then argue that the constitution requires other states to follow through on the arrest warrant
Interestingly enough if Biden did come to Texas he should be arrested
