Either the DOJ fabricated reasons to not prosecute, meaning they have no credibility, or the Biden administration is truly incompetent, yet the cabinet has not removed Joe, and Joe directed the DOJ to go after Trump - no matter how you slice it, the case against Trump on classified documents, should be dismissed immediately.
