That sucks, but it has nothing to do with a peaceful transition, which seems to be happening. “Peaceful transition refers to the transition of power from one president to the next. Whether we are funding a war somewhere has nothing to do with that, otherwise America has had no peaceful transitions in my 62 year lifespan.
