Reminds me of a conversation over dinner years ago in London. One of the guys at the table was very comfortable with his bigotedness. Was liberal of course. And talked openly about how the world would find peace if we simply moved all of the Jews out of Israel to Utah. He was only half-joking. Interestingly, the guy went onto become a billionaire ... a close confidante of a guy I worked for at the time that topped the wealthiest Brits list a few years back.

Does he really think Afghans are going to vote in waves for the party championing all the GLBT and the rest of the alphabet stuff? Their culture is more conservative than the Republican Party, never mind the Democrat Party.
