He owned that congresswoman from New York (who griped about illegals getting kicked out of federally subsidized housing) when he quoted the law that said it was illegal for illegals to live in federally subsidized housing.

I’d honestly like to understand what objective measures you are using to form this opinion on the state of HUD. I’m not fond of them right now due to a nutcase home appraiser working on their behalf, but I’m not sure that’s Dr Carson’s fault.
