The kid is one or the other, person or property. Those are the legal choices.
No, I am not saying that a fetus is a wild animal (which some MENSA candidate would otherwise assert). I simply demonstrate that the potential classification of a fetus is not binary.

I agree with this. Property can be in many forms, public or private.

Laws deal with persons or property. Just because something isn't owned does not mean it ceases to be property.

So we’ve established that the use of “my” obviously doesn’t necessarily indicate property.
But your assertion that a woman saying "my body my choice" means the word "my" in a similar fashion to "my country" is just fricking idiotic

ETA: I’ll explain, so we don’t have to take an unnecessary lap around the ShortyRob track:
“My” doesn’t necessarily indicate property. My clearly disparate examples are examples of “my” not indicating property. You shouldn’t have had to have this explained to you.

I don't care about percentage. The woman's choice is all that ever has and ever will matter.
No matter what anyone says.
No matter what anyone says.

Doesn’t surprise me.

We already covered this. This is a small but noticeable meltdown by you.
In the law, there are two columns. Person and property. Your ignorance of that fact doesn’t change it. If the argument is that a fetus is not a person...it is then property.

You were citing instances where the SCOTUS upheld rulings to prove your point. I gave you another one.

See. There you go again. Faking stupidity isn't a reason to act superior.
None of your examples of non-property uses of the word "my" even slightly resemble the use in "my body my choice".
Which, of course, is why you've devolved into repeating a point I never disagreed with.
You're being your typical pathetic self rather than just acknowledge your examples made no sense in light of the actual conversation taking place.

Your point was dumb; you didn’t have a gotcha; i didn’t do what you said i did. Let it go.

Good thing you are not defending a position.

I love my country.
I called my mother yesterday.
That’s just my opinion.
Blue Bell is my favorite.
I pray to my God.
Your point was stupid. Now shut up.

Nah. It's enjoyable watching you repeatedly lie and obfuscate.
Ya know, now that you're basically taking NO position.
