Actually, abortion was upheld by the SCOTUS so technically you’re wrong.

property ownership argument
Pro-choice people don’t argue that this is a property issue, no matter how badly you want that to be the case.

Total bullshite. None of you can force women to be brood mares, no matter how much you wish and hope you could. All you will ever do is melt and sky scream about it.

that's because their argument is premised on the fetus being property

but I agree, you don't see much discussion about that premise and that is probably due to it being so uncomfortable

A measured response that recognizes the challenges that were faced in the time period. Well done sir.

Psst. You’re the one who wants to take someone’s rights away.
You are already denying someone their rights. You are just wishing away their humanity in the process. Just like 1850. Difference is we do not have open slave markets for everyone to see this grotesque behavior in public. We do it in private and label it "choice" to salve the conscience.

No it isn’t. They literally never make this argument. This is your argument because it helps you signal your virtue.

Conversation is asinine

So you are all in that a fetus is not property??

Look I'm totally OK with switching the fetus from the property column to the person column.

We already covered this. This is a small but noticeable meltdown by you.

None of these indicate the ownership of property. It’s very sad that you have to have this explained to you. You want abortion to be slavery so bad, but it’s never gonna happen as long as you live

I don't happen to agree that abortion and slavery are the same thing but your bastardization of the word "my" in your argument was nonsense. Just because when I say my country I'm not using my the same way as when I say my house doesn't mean that neither refer to property no matter how retarded you want to pretend to be

The kid is one or the other, person or property.

Those are the legal choices.

So we’ve established that the use of “my” obviously doesn’t necessarily indicate property. Couldn’t have done it without you, Rob. Argue with me more.
