So they stuff in the ballots so they had the paper counts right and the. n Flipped votes as well and this didn't create any kind of discrepancy.
Seems like the biggest struggle with these voter fraud claims is they ignore the current process controls and lots of these theories rule out other claims of fraud if they're true.

The operation was probably compartmentalized, so you would have to had four or five groups accountable for a certain number of votes per group, with no interaction between them.
81,000,000 is a lot of votes.
