Yes for sure. I am all for border defense.
However, striking another nation with bombs is an act of war and not a matter of border defense.

If it doesn't lead to an "armed conflict" it's because the other side completely lacks the ability to defend itself. That doesn't mean we are justified in making military strikes in another countries borders.
Once again, defending our borders = great. Dropping bombs on another country = an offensive military strike.
Do you ever consider what your opinion would be if another country was doing the same thing to us?

It's lowkey weird to me that America First/ Fortress America conservatives find it unusual that Trump would fight back against a Communist regime that is flooding us with deadly drugs and millions of immigrants who have fled the in the Venezuelan diaspora.
There are no B1 bombers, there won't be boots on the ground. What we have is smart--blow the frick out of the drug runners, close the borders, deport the criminals and hopefully destabilize the tyrant Maduro enough so Venezuela can reclaim it's status as the richest country in the HISTORY of South America rather than a crime infested organized crime enterprise. If Maduro can't get his drugs into America, his regime falls. Win-win.
