Senator Kelly Townsend
@AZKellyT

The Maricopa County Supervisors and Dominion ignored subpoenas today because they have no fear in the consequences when we have to vote to hold them accountable. Instead, I am prepared to to change the law to this (Auditor General's authority), except perhaps even more stringent.

Basically, The Maricopa BOS would be arrested for obstructing the Auditor General.

quote:

A. The auditor general or the auditor general's authorized representatives, in the performance of official duties, shall have access to, and authority to examine, any and all books, accounts, reports, vouchers, correspondence files and other records, bank accounts, criminal history record information as defined in section 41-1701, money and other property of any state agency, board, commission, department, institution, program, advisory council or committee or political subdivision of this state, whether created by the constitution or otherwise, or such documents and property of a contractor relating to a contract with this state pursuant to the provisions of section 35-214. It is the duty of any officer or employee of any such agency or political subdivision, having such records under the officer's or employee's control, to permit access to and examination of the records on the request of the auditor general or the auditor general's authorized representative.

D. Any officer or person who knowingly fails or refuses to permit such access and examination is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor.

To fulfill its statutory duties, the Office must:

Ascertain whether public entities are making wise use of their resources—public money, personnel, property, equipment, and space.

Determine whether public entities are complying with applicable laws, regulations, and governmental accounting and financial and reporting standards.

Define standards and establish procedures for accounting and budgeting, as the Legislature requires.

Provide technical assistance to State and local governmental entities.

Interesting angle.....

Tell the BOS that they can turn the shite over or they can have a first class trial followed by a first class hanging.

Destruction of evidence which has been subpoenaed is basically instant prison.

It wasn't for Clinton.

Laws don't apply to one side in this country.

I've maintained that if any actual evidence existed that could implicate a larger plot, it and any persons with knowledge would be destroyed/suicided. Too much at risk for something as massive as proof of election fraud to get out. It's a matter of national security and when viewed from that angle there is literally nothing the deep state and three letter agencies wouldn't do to suppress it.

That’d be a pretty big mess to clean up quietly. And a lot of people to suicide.

The preliminary audit findings were pretty interesting - I (along with millions of others) am very curious to know what length the fraud goes on a national scale. I’m not sure how good of a job they did covering it up, but they’ve done a hell of a job resisting any attempts to look into it.

Would require a full vote of the Senate and signature by Governor. Good luck (not).

Just more BS grandstanding

They've already violated how many court and senate ordered subpoenas? State police should lock them up for contempt and start collecting evidence.

A law would take months, if not years, to pass (if it passed at all).

Merely going to try and run out the clock.

And as JJ eluded to, they’ll burn the whole state down before handing over incriminating evidence against themselves

Why not just charge them with vote tampering and fraud, arrest them, and have a trial? There is enough evidence.

There it is. The 'no criminal intent'/ 'plausible denial' card for ANY action taken by Bureaucrats who will be backed up by COC.

The Deep State is not only in DC now, it is spread like a virus into the Urban State Bureaucracies. I doubt that anything short of wholesale firings will fix it. And we all know that ain't happening.

On the road to perdition. I see no exit. Though a massive and irrefutable Red Wave next year might be a longshot.

Yep you might have a point if every court the “evidence” was brought to wasn’t thrown out immediately

What if they wipe it with a cloth, does that count? What if they hand it over to that black hole known as the fbi?

The msm will back them 100% when they deliver to "the official fbi" versus this "hacking company".

class 2 misdemeanor???

hell - any semblance of unaccountable power ought to be a felony and cause for immediate removal from office awaiting a trial.

Get these power-crazed satraps out of statehouses and into jailhouses ASAP.

Yeah funny stuff guy, but there has been zero evidence produced of any election fraud. Every court has thrown it out. It’s over. Just like Q, was all a BS larp to graft money and donations. You’ve been bamboozled lmfao.

Some good point in here on how the repubs can focus on 2022 and 2024. They got a shite ton of Mexican votes, which was unexpected and a good sign for the cons. I like the comparison of Mexican immigrants to the Italian immigrants.

quote:

How Joe Biden won Five main factors account for Biden’s success.

1. The Biden campaign reunited the Democratic Party. Compared to 2016, he raised the share of moderate and conservative Democrats who voted for the Democratic nominee by 6 points, from 85 to 91%, while increasing the Democratic share of liberal Democrats from 94 to 98%. And he received the support of 85% of Democrats who had defected to 3rd party and independent candidates in 2016.

2. Contrary to the fears of some Democrats, Biden maintained solid support among African Americans. Biden received 92% of the Black vote, statistically indistinguishable from Hillary Clinton’s 91% in 2016. His support among Black women was never in doubt, but President Trump’s alleged appeal to Black men turned out to be illusory. (His share of the Black male vote fell from 14% in 2016 to 12% in 2020 while Biden raised the Democrats’ share from 81% to 87%.) African Americans confirmed their status as a unique group of voters for whom the contemporary Republican Party holds no discernible appeal.

3. As his supporters for the Democratic nomination had hoped, Joe Biden appealed to the center of the electorate across party lines. He did 10 points better than Hillary Clinton among Independents, and he doubled her showing among moderate and liberal Republicans. He improved on her performance among two swing religious groups—Catholics (up 5 points) and mainline Protestants (up 6). Most important, he raised the Democratic share of suburban voters by 9 points, from 45 to 54%, and among White suburban voters, from 38 to 47%.

4. Biden regained much of the support among men that Hillary Clinton lost in 2016 while retaining her support among women. He won 48% of the male vote, up from Clinton’s 41%, and 40% of White men, compared to her 32% share. He expanded Democrats’ margin of victory among white college-educated men from 3 to 10 points. He even managed to raise the Democratic share of the white working-class men’s vote—the heart of the Trump coalition–to 31%, versus Clinton’s weak 23% showing. By contrast, Biden could do no better than Clinton’s showing among women overall, and he actually lost ground among white working-class women.

5. Biden’s candidacy continued the shift of educated voters towards the Democratic Party. Among voters with a B.A. or more, Biden got 61% of the vote, up from 57% in 2016. This total included 57% of white voters with a college degree or more, 69% of Latinos, and 92% of African Americans. The shift of educated voters continues the recent pattern of large differences between more- and less-educated voters. The gap in support for Biden among whites with and without college degrees was 24 points; among Hispanics with and without college degrees, 14 points. By contrast, there was no education gap whatever among Black voters.

quote:

How Trump kept it close Despite (or perhaps because of) non-stop controversy about his policies and personal conduct, President Trump managed to raise his share of the popular vote from 46% in 2016 to 47% in 2020.

1. His core coalition held together, and he made a few new friends. The core coalition. Trump’s consistent appeals to his base bore fruit. His campaign for reelection was supported by 94% of Republicans, up from 92% in 2016; by 84% of White evangelical Protestants, up from 77%; and by 65% of rural voters, up from 59%. At the same time, he held the support of about two-thirds of whites without college degrees, and his support among white women rose from 47 to 53%.

2. New friends. The changing Hispanic vote is perhaps the most notable feature of the 2020 election. Although many observers believed that Mr. Trump’s tough policies at the border would drive Hispanics away from his candidacy, his share of the Hispanic vote jumped by 10 points, from 28 to 38%. This increase accounts for a portion of the gains he made among urban voters, his share of whom increased by 9 points, from 24 to 33%. In another surprise, his support among young adults ages 18 to 29 improved by 7 points, from 28 to 35%.
