If I’m remembering correctly, Latham also got smoked on an early touchdown run. Got frozen by the read and didn’t have the speed to cover the give (Hill almost certainly would have made that play).

I don’t know if our DBs were massively overhyped in the offseason or if it’s KW + who is calling coverages on a play by play basis, but I’m incredibly underwhelmed by our DB play thus far. Between coverage busts and DBs being in position but falling down, it certainly does not feel like the elite unit we were sold for the last 7ish months.
