Laura Ingraham just played the DA saying two wks ago that under Georgia law a taser is considered a deadly weapon
In Atlanta's case, DA stands for Dumb-arse.
Guy sounded like a complete buffoon and will likely be in prison a year or so from now due to paying $195,000 of 250,000 he got in city grants for a "non-profit" aimed at decreasing youth violence to himself as a salary. He's trash.

All of this will be used by him to say his arrest for being a thief is retaliation for his arresting the 2 APD officers.

Watching them form up, rolling up in their vehicles and piling out...wonder if they bothered to learn from the Indians: always leave a watch on your ponies for when it's time to escape. Be a shame for some folks to roll up and torch their vehicles while they're out rioting.
They're unloading plywood for some reason.
There are some cops on the other side of a bike rack fence.

I just read a social media post where a deputy from a county outside of Fulton said the city of ATL contacted his sheriff about sending help and offered the deputies “big money” for coming and the sheriff told ATL to go fly a kite.
ETA; This County is not even a metro ATL County so if this is true APD is desperate.

This is what they wanted, don't let them squirm out of it now.
Lets see what a society looks like without police. Let the case study happen in a blue county, I don't want that shite happening here.

On Zone 6 scanner just now. Officers told to remove personal items from precinct headquarters.

They will go work in conservative towns. Easy life for cops in small towns.
I think the total compensation is less than it would be in a metro PD, but yes I would much prefer being a cop in a small town. If I had to be a cop it would be state trooper. Honestly, I would be terrible at it but that's not really saying much.

NOw that is interesting.

Does that mean they’re abandoning the precinct a la Minny and Seattle?

Zone 6 is a mix of shithole, gentrified hipster havens, bohemian wannabe hippies, and grand old homes.

Officers in zone 6 said “they are taking all the weapons out of the precinct and falling back until they get reinforcements but that they see multiple subjects in antifa garb creeping around”

This isn't remotely true.
Was the COA gonna deputize these guys just to get "help" for a night? You cannot arbitrarily "loan out" LEO's from on jurisdiction to another
Please repost this social media "post"

So how much gets destroyed tonight?
What pisses me off when the police fall back from a station is that all the evidence that is being held there now is suspect at best from a chain of custody perspective and at worst looted and destroyed .
