It is not a no win. doing the right thing is not always the easy thing. But the current group of week minded politicians do not have the leadership required to know or even care what the right thing is.

all LEO officers in Atlanta and the surrounding areas need to "not respond" and that goes for the state police as well...

Sure they do, and justifiably often times. Example: A suspect gunning a car at an officer and the officer shoots through the windshield killing the driver. Another example: a 290 lb man pounding a 150 lb female officer’s head into the pavement until she is about to lose consciousness and shoots him.

I'm watching LINK cbs tower cam in Atl. Only seen 4-5 cops standing well back away from a memorial of some sort. Zero units on the streets. No flashing blue lights on camera at all as they pan around. Been watching since before sunset.

Sad to say but I thought exactly the same thing. I have a feeling that people in my company are looking for any reason to turn someone in. I'm thinking if I did it and got fired I could sue for wrongful termination.
We have to figure a way to stand up to this madness but when you've got a family that depends on you, it makes you think about things like this. Things like this should just be standard and you should never feel threatened for supporting. This is very irritating.
