Nice try , the white population doesn't whine , cry , burn or steal after a POS white person is taken down by the cops.

White people are glad the cops got a POS out of society.

That's the difference.

I missed this earlier but are you stupid
The point isn't the individual that does it but the reaction of the population after he does it

White people who are related to the perp or embarrassed to be related to them and the ones who aren't related see the purp for the scum he is

Black people hold a giant pity party and traveling funerals while telling us about how wonderful a human being the known criminal was.

And they do it all over the country in every city and every small town. Your experience may be your experience but it's unique. It isn't the norm in your community and if it is you need to get the people that are in your normal group to stop being so fricking pathetic and speak up

The ACLU came out against body cameras for police officers. They claimed it violated right to privacy or some other nonsense.

What it actually did what make it damn near impossible for criminals to lie about what happened.

Walking back my original comment. When he turned and pointed that taser at the cop it’s night night

I had to laugh. The NYT ran an actual story about the family "disputing" the claims and, even better, "eyewitnesses" who proved once again that you're better off believing your stripper wife you caught cheating than a black eyewitness to basically fricking anything.

All eyewitness testimony is next to worthless in terms of determining what actually happened. It’s been extensively studied and the verdict is that humans fricking suck at recalling events from the past, even those that happened just moments before.

Even the most extreme cases, false memories, have been documented as early as 15 minutes after the supposed event. People literally recalling things that never occurred at all, in any way, just 15 minutes later.

All of us have distinct memories from our past that never actually happened. Worse yet, there are documented cases of mass false memory where many people have the same false memory about the same event.

Eyewitness testimony should never, ever be the basis of a conviction in court under any circumstance.

One of my best friends, father of 5 young children, successful nurse anesthetist, who also happened to be black... was killed when he stupidly got in the car with a drunk friend who proceeded to crash at over 100 mph into a stone wall. I received the call at 3 AM since I was on call at the hospital we both worked at. I gave a eulogy at his funeral and testified at the sentencing of the drunk driver. A day hardly goes by when I don’t think about him and the beautiful family that was crushed by his death.

So F you buddy. DUI is way beyond a crime.

Who the frick is this dumbass talking at about 31:30 after they shot him? Saying he saw the whole thing with the cops talking to him for 20 minutes and that he was unarmed, cooperative and non-violent. Conveniently just missed the part where he broke away and started fighting as soon as they tried to cuff him and stole one of the cops taser

The most shocking thing for me personally in all of this is the amount of people I’m seeing who want to do away with drunk driving laws. It’s very sad and disturbing.

Incredibly stupid take. Laws are meant to change and rehab behaviors. If the cops send him home safely then that guys is 100% going to repeat that.

The cops ALREADY had him move his car and you have no idea what he's gonna do again.
It happened to a friend of mine who passed
out behind his wheel in a parking lot.Cops
called a tow truck and got him and his car
home.

I’m going to bet he thinks twice about driving drunk again.

Why the frick would I make this up?

I had to pay for the damn tow truck and unless the driver and my friend were making up some type of weird story it fricking happened.

This did happen about 25 years ago before
dash cams and body cams so cops had a bit more latitude.

Your take is close, but not quite. The problem blacks have is not dad not teaching them, it's dad not being around. Virtually every black man I've gotten to know in my life has like 12 kids with 15 different women. Almost. Every. One.

I never heard of Rayshard Brooks before Friday. I would bet $100 his mother's last name is not Brooks.

I know it's impossible to have 12 kids with 15 women. It's just kinda how I joke about it. In reality it's not funny, it's a serious problem our country faces. It would take a generation or two to show results, but think how much better our society would be if we got our illegitimate child problem under control.

What these incidents and subsequent protests tell me is that a lot of black people simply don't think they should have to live under "the white man's" laws.

It isn't just about drunk driving laws, it's about all laws in our society.

They apparently want to have a different legal system for themselves.

We are rapidly reaching the point where all the recruiting and hiring of LEO needs to be 100% focused on AA candidates. The issue isn’t police policies, procedures or even actions, it’s strictly racial, egged on by Democrats and their lapdogs in the media.
