None of these seem to be modern positions of the Democrat platform.
Foreign involvement including wars as well as NATO have historically been what the Dems want.

Address the mental health crisis, starting by paying therapists/psychologists more, as well as improve infrastructure.

Helping truly disabled people. My daughter has a brain injury. It's hard emotionally and financially to have a really disabled kid. It's hard for them to stay employed.

National healthcare. We need it because insurance can't get it done and has made it way more expensive than it ever needed to be. Also, doctors are elevated to the level of pope and are seen by many as infallible.
Currently, it really is national healthcare as now our tax dollars go to pay for those who can't afford it.
Until it can be proven that the free market can handle it, we'll have to have a shitty national healthcare system.
At the very least it would bring the cost down for a bit.
