Yes yes I get it. Part of the contingency is a secure border with proof of being here and zero tolerance moving forward.

The reality is we can start dragging off mom and dad that have been her 20 years when their kids that were born here are US citizens and they’re essentially good people.

The ONLY thing Obama did that was beneficial was Making healthcare insurance companies carry insurance for kids until age 25. Of course, it came at the sacrifice of the Healthcare savings accounts.

Provide a grace period to come out and register and after that - anyone that doesn’t will be deported. The contingencies are that they have no criminal record, not be in govt assistance and the border be secure moving forward.

I’m sorry, but they will need to kick in some bucks as well.

Reagan’s idea was good but he got suckered by the Dems in following up with stopping the inflow. The only way that works is a swift and aggressive stance in illegals moving forward.

I can only get behind any Democratic policy if it means taking power away from the Federal government and its agencies.

eliminate monopolies
is actually a conservative position, they hinder free trade.

Hindering the size of corporations is pie in the sky. The largest corporations are the owners of other large corporations who in turn… yadda yadda yadda

Many have a long history of simply spinning off their own new ideas as a new corporation and splitting them into sectors then buying the strongest parts back .

I see no reason why some of our tax dollars can’t got to feeding children while at school.

One reason is that they are getting too much food already at home. That's why our kids are obese.

I could get behind this, IF the food stamp benefits were reduced to account for the lunches, breakfasts, and in some cased bag lunches that are provided during the school year now...

If it were made illegal for non-citizens to receive any public services, I would support open borders

Funding education to the best of our ability.
Bolstering medicare for our retirees.
Living in Louisiana, I see the importance of the EPA for our marshes and swamplands/coast.
Emphasis on more regulation to keep big business and industries in check. You don't want a repeat of Gilded Age, even though in our modern society we're slowly creeping to that again.

One for me would be like they do in France, whenever the women protest they have to walk down the street shirtless.

That’s a policy I would like.

Outside of that I’m not sure I really have anything else I’d support. And maybe that isn’t something deeply liberal.

This is one of the main reasons why healthcare costs rose starting in the 80s. Health insurance is a scam.

If you're basing your interpretation of drug law on individual rights, you need to realize that drug laws are also built around the common good. Stopping people from hurting themselves also hurts the black market, relatives of drug users, and significantly lowers the potential of secondary laws being broken (driving while intoxicated, crimes committed due to alternative states like Meth Psychosis, robberies, etc). People don't like to admit to it, but drug laws do deter use.

I don't care personally if you want to ruin your life with drugs. I care about the secondary crimes that come out of it.

Healthcare. Compared to the rest of the World, our Healthcare System is barbaric. It's all about billion dollar pharmaceuticals, as evidenceed by their mundane commercial ads, and millionaire physicians who are more interested their portfolios.
