Just moved here a year ago. Pleasantly suprised that they are paper ballots and very nicely run. I think my vote here will mean more than if I was still in Ga.

NC is the only state with a significant Delta.
The rest is rather flat.

It isn’t even that the Republicans are shedding ED votes either.
It is that the Democrats aren’t turning out like they did previously, while the Republicans are.
