I dunno much about this case, but I think we've turned a dangerous corner in the country when not following cops instructions perfectly to the letter gets you killed.
I feel like there has to be a weapon of some sort that poses a threat to justify opening fire.

First, I'm not a lib. Second, I admitted I didn't know the specifics of this case.
My point stands that there have been too many ex military trigger happy cops who have killed without a lethal threat. Have you seen that video from the hotel hallway? It's a fricking disgrace.

After being shot three times in the chest, he was so hyped up, he sat up & continued to attempt to reach for his firearm. Hence, the three shots in his back by Salamoni who was close to him & in front of him on the ground.
