I disagree. Unless the complete deportation of all illegals was accompanied by massive reductions in the welfare state, that encourage sloth from US citizens, this would result in a painful and expensive recession. It would probably bring on the economic disaster we are all worried about.

How and why?
They make it almost impossible for folks to monetarily pay for jumping through hoops to get legal, and the bureaucrats do it on purpose. I had a friend over a decade ago who finally got legal, and it had cost him over $7K, while he was working making maybe $11 bucks an hour. And even then, THEN his wife wasn't even legal still.
Why do the bureaucrat pukes do this? To wield power over poor people as Democrats do, but mostly to also keep the immigration issue as a way to point fingers at "cold hearted conservatives." It's the same type of situation as wielding power over black people in the modern-day plantation mentality.
Again, the Democrats DO NOT WANT the issue solved. They want chaos because they thrive on chaos, re Saul Alinsky and other Satanic pieces of shite.

He's saying farming, hotel and leisure but that's not what he means. He's only talking about those sectors so as to soften the blow. What he really means is every industry in this country that relies on illegal immigration for it's workforce.
For all this bullshite talk about "Alcatraz Island", the deportation porn of these Urban ICE raids and now cutting medicaid matching funds in about 15 states. We still know President Trump is not a serious man when it comes to deportation, and we know this because he absolutely will not hold employers accountable (especially corporate employers) for breaking the law. This country is addicted to cheap labor and the President won't cut the supply.

There are only so many you can do over time but put these employers on notice that they will eventually be hit with the same rules/laws as everyone else. Costs will go up but I am OK with that if it means legal workers are picking my lettuce or "keeping the light on" at the motels.

I don't get how a bunch of yall don't realize that LEGAL family members of many hard working Hispanic people voted to help put Trump in office. I'm not talking about an illegal voting, I'm talking about his LEGAL brother voting.
The Hispanic people I know (some family) believe in God and family and hard work. They were one of the biggest demographics of folks who were excited to vote for Trump, BECAUSE they see on a more ground level scale the type of illegals we want to keep out.

I realize all that. I'm not arguing with you. I'm just saying that despite all this deportation porn being fed to folks, President Trump isn't serious about actually deporting people.
