This is a grift.... both sides want inmigrants here. It's good for the economy

But what's the massive $170 billion for if we're going to not deport the majority of illegals working? We already reduced border crossings to 0% in 6 months with the laws and budget on book.

Follow the money

"ICE needs this to find violent criminals " is a way to introduce AI and mass surveillance to Palantir so we have subcontracted bounty hunting Blackwater military groups on American streets looking for illegals... just the illegals bro , trust me

Of course the bootlickers who judt want Pedro and his Home Depot buddies to be in cages before being sent back to Guatemala dont care (DeSantis using state money to pay his donors who just happen to be the subcontractors)

Yes he is

He wants to deport criminals, cartels, etc

I want that to include little 14 year old and 15 year old punks at the stoplights flashing gang signs at people in the other cars. Get rid of those little fricks, and send their parents packing as well since the mom or dad can't control the little thugs

The time to get legal is before entering the United States. Everyone who enters this country illegally has got to go.

That’s picking winners and losers (or lucky or unlucky). How about roofers? How about busboys? You could argue for everyone and for no one.

No different than targeted tariffs.

You and I are fishing in the same hole. He doesn’t need to deport the 50 year old lady who has been cleaning Marriott hotels for the past 25 years, unless said lady commits a crime.

But absolutely remove the thugs and the ones who are fully living off our welfare system and contributing zero to the local community and economy.

It has been amusing yet dizzying to watch some MAGA enthusiasts so readily co-opt the talking points of the UniParty® establishment in Trump’s 2nd term:

Just trying to find a bit of common ground with those frickers. Some inclusivity, if you will.

It has to be depressing to take a L every single day.

Orange is walking a fine line here. He sounds reasonable, but I'm not sure this is what everybody voted for

I didn't vote for more h1b visas, and the continued abuse of that system, but it seems people arent up in arms over that like they are in this kind of equivalent issue. At this point if I had to chose, I care more about H1Bs abuse getting fixed way more.

Tldr: worry about fixing the whole problem, not just a part of it.
