Why would I come here if I had all these other outlets where I discussed this? My husband and I have kids and jobs and our own lives roo. We talked about whether or not we want to spend the money on Extravaganza tickets last night and who was going to book the hotels for our upcoming trip. Whether or not the baby needs more clothes for daycare. If he needed to go to Walgreens to break the ten for the tooth fairy… we have real life stuff to talk about.
I posted a picture of my daughter’s toothless smile the other day and hadn’t posted before that since like Christmas or Halloween? Social media is toxic. I don’t really consume content on Fb or Instagram other than the memes or funny reels my husband or friends DM me.

No, not in this day and age. My ex was a liberal back in the 90's, raised that way by her federal bureaucrat mom (Ph.d, she knows it all - just ask her).
She supported women's rights, etc., but we NEVER discussed politics because she knew I follow policy closely and could blow away any of her arguments easily. She didn't follow news whatsoever.
Now, years later she has TDS and has gone over the edge. in raising our son she's mentioned concern about him listening to Andrew Tate and "toxic masculinity" online. Of course, she knows that's just inviting a lecture from me on "toxic feminism".
Leftist women are different these days. Activists, militant, TDS-infected. It's sad, but save yourself grief - stay away from them.
