These people are scared shitless of Flynn talking.

Flynn knows who has received kickbacks from Iran in Obama's Iran Deal.

how somebody can promote BLM, especially its conversations on prosecutorial/LEO abuse by the state, but be against this dismissal is telling

Although it may not have impacted the Appeals Court decision, how did the imp, Stryzzzzzks 2 pages of notes just now come to light? The corruption continues in the FBI.

What did Chris Wray know and when did he know it?

Is it really "unusual" to drop charges on a defendant?

it would be for the Feds, no?

don't the Feds average like a 90-something percent conviction rate?

could've sworn I heard that number somewhere

I understand if you want to go get you that money with a massive book deal and recoup all the money the deep state took from you but it would be totally awesome if you came back to work in the Trump Administration and reclaim what they took from you.
Even better would be for Trump, Jr. to appoint Flynn to a high-paying executive position in the Trump Companies that pays him double or triple what he'd earn working at the White House.

The fact that this f*cking SCUMBAG is still running the FBI is a f*cking miracle.

Barr even has made public comments about how he still has all the confidence in the world in Wray.

I realize it's a HUGE long shot, but I'm hoping that Barr has some insiders in the FBI and they are setting up Wray and has his phones, computers, and home all bugged so that we can find out who he is working with (**cough**Odumbf*ck**cough**).

The main thing in all of this that qualified immunity for the main player's was flushed by down the toilet because DOJ admitted Flynn was not prosecuted in good faith.

Seen on the Twitter:

quote:

A friendly reminder that any active judge on the D.C. Circuit can ask the full Court of Appeals to vote whether to rehear a panel decision “sua sponte”—that is, even without any party formally petitioning for such an “en banc” rehearing.
If this is true, this is likely not over.

Adam Hously, who has been accurate thus far, has said that his "sources" told him that Wray won't be there for long. He said he didn't get a specific time or day but that it was coming.

The MSM ignored the Peter notes that were big time exculpatory to Flynn's case.

I would have loved to see the look on that appeals court judges face when he lost his battle (the one that injected Floyd into the Flynn case) what a hack!

Why is this considered an unusual move? This is not unusual. It might not happen often but it's not unusual.

Sullivan may do just that. And if Roberts fricks over Flynn, we are done as a country.
