Still may not be able to find someone willing to cover $175m as a bond.

Who has that kind of liquidity other than the banks who lent Trump the money to begin with and said there was no fraud?

This is good but the idea that you can't even appeal a judgement without getting a bond is insane to me. This goes further than Trump and something that needs to be resolved.

You can appeal without the bond. You cant stop the enforcement action during the appeal without the Bond though.

You are exactly right. It is why we need fewer lawyers making the laws. Lawyers love creating "job security" with their unconstitutional BS!!
